I love this magnesium I love the way how tastes it’s really easy to drink. I just mix it with the water and then just drink it as it is it’s really good if you’re struggling, I was an insomnia and then you you know you can’t sleep for a long time so it does help.

Fantastic for getting to sleep I know everybody says there is not much in the container. All you need is a little and you’ll sleep like a dog.

Just received and upon opening, I see that the container is nearly empty. Why on earth would this manufacturer think it’s ok to sell it this way? Who does that? Unbelievable.

I love this stuff. I bought it after hearing about it from a perimenopause specialist. I noticed less brain fog in the first week and I’m not as irritable. This stuff is amazing. I mix it with water and a little juice for extra flavor.

I bought this because I heard magnesium L-threonate can support brain health, especially during perimenopause. It mixed well when I shook it up and there were no clumping issues, but the taste and flavor just were not something I enjoyed.I have learned that for me to take something consistently, it has to taste good. If this had more of a tart or fruity flavor, I think I would have been more excited to keep it in my routine.The ingredients are strong, and it seems like a good product overall. It just was not the right fit for me.

It’s a good product - but the jar is only 15-20% full, practically empty which makes it very very expensive per serving

The container is 1/8 full. Seriously, I opened it and only about 1/8 of it was filled up! Either change your container to match the amount of product, or FILL IT UP!
