Command Large Utility Hook, Pack of 1 Hook and 2 Adhesive Strips, White - Damage Free Hanging - Holds up to 2.2kg

I used this to hang a weighty pre-lit and decorated artificial Christmas wreath on a uPvc external door. In previous years, I'd used a heavy duty suction hook but for some reason it refused to stick this year so thought I'd try this Command version which will support up to 5.5 pounds. I'd not used Command hooks before; the instructions are simple - but take care to follow them exactly. I had no 'rubbing alcohol' - or methylated spirits as some reviews suggested - to clean the door, so used a touch of vodka and that worked fine. Once the hook's up, it must be left for at least an hour before anything is hung on it. I found this Command hook worked better over Christmas than the suction type hook as occasionally the latter would fall off the door but the Command one stayed put throughout. It's well made and strong. Just be careful if you need to place it 100% accurately though as once it's in place you can't adjust its position - only by removing it and starting again with a new strip. The beauty of this pack is that it contains two adhesive strips so can be used next year too making it great value. Easy to remove leaving no marks on the door - I love a product that does exactly what it claims!

Good product

I bought these jumbo hooks for hanging indoor wreaths and did the job perfectly. They are strong enough to hold a decent amount of weight and easy to install. I will say that I have learnt from experience that you MUST use rubbing alcohol as the instructions tell you to, to clean the surface before sticking the hook on to it because if you don’t it will fall off.

Used this before on a back of the door im our bathroom ,which has been re painted and is level ,it sticks fine follow the easy instructions but did leave it 24 hours before hanging anything on it ,it holds a bath and a hair towel as we're not allowed to put permanent hooks on the back of the doors thus works great as long as the doors back off is flat .. we picked the hook size larger one as can put heavier things on it we've also got some more on other doors that have also been properly painted beforehand so stays up bedroom ones I've got it as well we've just got dressing gown on that one anything more than that for some reason it will come off ..bathroom one lasted 3 years then broke off had to get a knife to get rest offf it off unfortunately then re sand and painted door again ..but other one came off easy no marks replaced both as new in bathroom not going to last forever could do with the manufacturer to make larger hooks for bathroom use because of the steam earn it damp environment the hooks don't last as long

I get a house provided with my job and have to move every couple of years. I am therefore limited to using products that do not cause any visible damage to our home. A few weeks ago I was thinking about the requirement for hooks in our current home and thought there must be a product out there that can be stuck to walls/doors/fridges etc that causes no damage when removed. After some research I came across these hooks and the first size I bought was small, which I used for key hanging hooks for our hallway. Having tested them (by removing a hook to see if any damage was caused) I realised that this is the product I have been needing for the past few years. I instantly ordered medium size hooks, which I am now using for hanging dish cloths and tea towels on in the kitchen. I then ordered some large hooks, which I am using on the backs of our bedroom doors for hanging dressing gowns and clothes on. These hooks really do remove easily and leave no marks. An excellent product that has brought order to my home, without me worrying about causing damage to one of my employer's properties.

Bought to hang a wreath on my front door. It does the job well. Easy to use and good value. Perfect size for what I used it for and should last well.

I was looking for a no-drill option to hang some curtains. These work well. I set 2 of these with an extendable Racka curtain rod 2quid from Ikea and paired them up with a Majgull block-out curtain for 27quid for a pair from Ikea again. On a side note, this is a bloody good curtain that keeps the sun away completely! Note - I've used 1 extendable rod and one-half of the curtains per window and placed them on 2 of these hooks. So far so good, they've been up for about a month roughly. Also, I've tried them with Tibast curtains (35quid from Ikea) and they hold on as well in a similar setup. On a side note, this curtain is amazing as well, brings in some light but is woven in such a way to keep the harsh heat away and cast a shadow inside the room. The removing of these is fairly easy as well. Overall, I've bought nearly 20 of these and I'm happy with them.

I use Command hooks throughout my house for hanging bags, coats, cables, and whatever else needs a home on a wall. They hold, they don't damage the surface, and they're simple to install. There's not much more to ask for. The large size handles everything I've hung on it within the rated weight limit. The adhesive strip system is the same reliable mechanism as the picture-hanging strips, and the same advice applies: clean the surface properly before applying and give it time to set. For renters, these are essential. For anyone who doesn't want to drill holes for a hook, they're the obvious solution. Consistent, reliable, and I keep buying them.

I had purchased a command hook to put by the garage door to hang my purse on. When my boyfriend saw it he wanted one for his shoulder bag that he takes to work. I was a little concerned because even when his bag is "empty" he keeps 2 books in there and the bag is a little on the heavy side. However, I hung this hook up on the wall 3 months ago and it's still holding strong. It's a great way to store his bag by the door without just throwing it on the floor. Our walkway looks nice and organized now. I'm impressed with the weight that this thing can hold!

Leaves absolutely no marks on my walls, never ever take off paint. Could not recommend more! Amazing products. STRONG hold. PLEASE Bring more M3 command products to Germany!
