I am a 38F and have considered having a reduction from time to time. If you have a larger chest even with a good bra you can have problems and discomfort. Some of my relatives have had reductions due to back/shoulder pain. However this bra, and this is a rare thing, is so comfortable that I can't 'feel' it in the way I usually can. It isn't digging in me. It is providing enough support that today I haven't, so far, had any shoulder aches and the straps aren't painfully digging into my shoulders. I'm very happy with it.
