IT works great, easy to swallow

I now use these as my multi supplements. They work great! Too great actually. I had bloodwork done and had to stop them for awhile but that was okay for me. I was looking for good supplements for a long time. Make sure to eat with them to avoid stomach upset. I usually eat a full breakfast then take the vitamins. You’ll benefit more by taking them in the morning. I tried different times of day and the morning was the best. They are large and get stuck frequently within my wind pipe so when I take them I make sure to have something solid to follow behind it because water doesn’t help it go down fast enough. I get iron free because the iron constipates me severely! I see a hematologist and get iron fusions. As per my doctor, iron supplements do nothing for Bariatric patients. Our body’s can not absorb it, hence why I get fusions. Hope this helps!

Though not small, this is easy to swallow. It's affordable and is a good blend for me.

Tried these vitamins for the first time a few days ago after using the BariatricPal brand since my gastric bypass seven months ago. I tried these because they are slightly cheaper.So far, I have had no problems taking these vitamins. They are slightly smaller than the previous brand I used. No issues with aftertaste, swallowing or digesting. Item arrived in good time. If the price stays reasonable on these, I will continue to use them.

Just as good as higher priced products

Taking this after my sleeve surgery. I alternate with one that had iron to decrease side effects from iron. No issues with nausea like some vitamins. No issues with taste or smell. It has a slight smell but nothing offensive.
