very good, the best magnesium bath flakes i have ever come across. it reccomends the full bag per bath, wich is about right; i just wish it was not quite as expensive as it is.

bought this to help heal my skin after a weekend in arran left me covered in midge bites. The worst thing since childhood chickenpox. Steeped in these salts and the itchy and scratchyness went away. Shame about the GP antihistamine prescription...

I bought these as a gift, so hopefully they are good. I like natural remedies & products without chemicals in them.

love this product as it is so good for you. use it in a footbath and it is very beneficial - energising, moisturising and helps circulation.

I made sure I ordered as pure a form as possible because I also drink it to purify the cells of my body. I mix 60g of magnesium chloride with 1 l of water and I drink 200ml of the solution everyday for 5 days. This is a French habit I inherited from my mother and it has always worked a treat for me. I can't guarantee that Ancient Minerals Magnesium Chloride will work for everybody in terms of oral consumption but it does for me, so consume at your own risk! I also use this for my foot baths and it leaves my feet all soft and reenergized. I am just about to reorder a pack actually!
