FIFA 16 (Xbox 360)

FIFA 16 (Xbox 360) Don't bother Xbox 1 is the focus.
Disappointed that it is almost exactly the same as 2015, but with less features. Background and skill moves have changed a bit, extra training and field practice routines. No game-face option for your Be a Pro player.Seasons buying and selling is rather uninspiring, as I can have 6 players tranfer listed and instead I get offers for my best players- not even a sniff from lower league teams who would want a higher league player at a bargain or loan spell, even if their moral is low.I understand now that if you want all the features get 2016 on the Xbox 1 otherwise stick to 2015 if you have it on the 360 and save you money.I love the results being read out in the main scene, it's time that the main menu becomes more interactive as a story line...timeline should flow better and more emphasis on the league table and tournaments would make matches more exciting.

The ultimate team feature is better but if you have a lot of money it ...
The FIFA series has stagnated a bit over the past few years, the career mode is virtually broken and almost has an elastic band effect, the computer only plays in one way, you can tell the lack of effort that has gone into career mode over recent years. The ultimate team feature is better but if you have a lot of money it makes it easy for others to buy fifa points and the best players, it takes months to make enough coins to make a decent team. I've also played the FIFA 17 version it's very similar to this game, I probably won't be buying FIFA 18, which will be the first time I haven't bought the game or received it as a gift for 14 years.

... giving it two stars because the product itself was fine. The game
I am giving it two stars because the product itself was fine. The game, however, is deeply flawed and borderline unplayable depending on which mode you like to use.I have always played single player, career modes, starting with lower league teams and trying to build them up.Playing on world class is impossible. Not like, challenging and fun, impossible. I mean straight up, no fun, scripted, nonsense, impossible.Referees constantly give insane, game changing decisions. You get a red card for a miss timed slide tackle, they wipe you out denying a clear goal scoring opportunity and YOU get a yellow card! Thinking of getting that last minute goal with an extra time counter attack? No chance! The ref will blow his whistle even when you're one on one with their keeper.9/10 decisions leave you thinking "what the hell?" I've actually started replaying and saving the more spectacular of these mental decisions.Their AI? Amazing. Endless energy. Very few injuries. Stunning goals. Passes and dribbles through you with ease.Your AI? Lazy. Motionless. Dumb. Your players happily bounce off each other, and off their players, frequently giving away fouls off screen. Not only that, but they are constantly getting injured! I had a game where I had a player sent off for a slightly miss timed slide tackle... They clobbered three of my players, resulting in three injuries! One foul given, no bookings given. Two of the three were broken collarbones! Before you spend a penny on this game, if you like to play career mode, Google "Fifa 16 career mode unplayable", or something to that effect, because there are pages and pages on that subject. To top it off, ITS ALWAYS RAINING. 7/10 games, it is torrential rain. I guess it matches how you will feel after you play this game, at least.

Dissapointed
I absolutely hate this game. The shooting mechanism is poor, the team-mate AI defending is as worse as ever, even though I've read reviews and product descriptions stating that its the best ever.the first few times I played it, I thought ok this is different, i'll see if I can master it and then form my conclusions. After a few weeks playing on it regularly, I'd pick out so many flaws, that I've just stopped playing it. I will likely exchange it in a local store or sell it to a friend. It's truly awful

Gets better every time
Never-ending fun. The gameplay is fantastically realistic and retains enough difficulty to make it challenging. The graphics are superb (just the Xbox 360 version) and there is brilliant depth with FIFA Ultimate team where you can draft all your favourite stars to one team to play and manage them. Not to mention the online element.

Wish I'd read the XBox 360 reviews
I wish I'd read the reviews on here before buying FIFA 16 for the XBox 360.It's good, smooth and the gameplay is stylish. However, when you're playing only your second match on it and you hear the commentators replicate the same 4-5 things that they did on the first match, many of which simply didn't suit the match, you realise it isn't anything like as good as it should be.I don't think the menu system is particularly intuitive either.
