How long do i leave this on my hair for?

I only leave on about 2-3 minutes,no longer than that.otherwise it could leave your hair dry.

Does this work on non bleached hair? (Normal blonde wanting to go ash blond)

Yes it will work I’m going grey that’s why I use it it makes my hair look coloured rather than going grey.

Can u use on bleached hair

Yes , my hair was originally bleached with foils to use with a pink toner , once the pink faded I used this to get rid of the yellowish tones and it worked a treat .
