Junglewoman All-Natural Deodorant, Extremely Light Lime Scent - 3.0 Ounce Stick

Let me start with what I love about this product:• This stuff lasts forever. I have been using this stick since October (about 10 months) and still have plenty left.• It keeps me clean and fresh all day long even after working out.• It has a light fragrance that I can barely smell so it ends up just smelling like the rest of my skin which I like.• I only need to apply one time.• Best odor protection I've found for natural deodorants.• It is noncomedogenic which means it doesn't clog your pores and which also means it's good for people who have been diagnosed with hydratentis suppurativa. I was told I either had to wear no deodorant or deodarant that doesn't clog pores in order to prevent flare ups and this does well.Things I would love for the company to improve:• Doesn't go on smoothly unless skin is wet. If my skin is dry, I can't put this on without irritating my skin. In order to avoid that, it goes on easily if I put it in right after I shower and making sure not to dry my pits. Would love a smoother application.• Can leave a little residue when applying however it goes away after.•Would love stronger smell, maybe add lavendar smell or Rose essential oil to a new line to have more nice smells.• Would love to see cuter/modern packaging.Overall I really like this product and will continue to use I spite of some improvements that can be made. This deodorant is okay. I don't like the fact that it dries out after using it. It feels like rubbing a sandpaper under your arms on the next use.

I have been using and loving this deodorant for several years now. However, I agree that there might be a consistency issue in production or supply? I usually purchase 5 or 6 at a time, and this "batch" has been giving me a rash. Very frustrating because I was trying to turn my daughter on to this brand and it gave her an even worse rash. Not to mention the difficulty in applying, which I've learned to live with but hoped they would improve as time goes on. I think this is the best value in all natural deodorant and would love to continue to be a lifelong customer, but if the rash persists I have no choice than to look elsewhere. The rash is relieved by taking diphenhydramine and otc rash cream, but a lot of extra work for something I shouldn't have to deal with. I hope they figure this out.

Let's start this review off with AMAZING.I've been using JungleWoman and JungleMan for over 1 year. I will NEVER use commercial deodorants ever again.As many reviewers have stated, this is a deodorant and with this said you WILL experience sweat. I have found that wearing a tank top or camisole under my shirts helps with keeping my shirts in check during those nervous sweaty times.I have also found that I am able to forgo all deodorants after by body had become adjusted to this natural product. I trested this theory with a 2 week, no deodorant, only a small sprinkle of cornstarch baby powder trial. Junglewoman had allowed my body to adjust and not stink like with commercial products. It's really amazing. I can't say this is true for all users, but for a 41 year old female.....it seems to have really changed my life. I now only use some deoderant during my work week.....just to be safe.I have also experienced some pimples under my armpits, but if I skip a day or so of use, they go away easily. For me, the lack of aluminum and chemicals being absorbed into my body is really what matters and this product has won my 100% recommendation.

I don't normally have such sensitive skin and used a ton of different deoderants in the past. I wanted to give up antiperspirants because I got a ton of blackheads in my axillary region. I initially gave this product five stars. I used it for the first week and was fine. I didn't stink despite sweating a lot. A Few weeks later I started getting huge abscesses in my armpits that required my Dr to open them to let it drain. I had so many of these in a span of a few months even after I stopped using the product. The abscesses were so large and painful. My skin got raw, super red, and weepy. I like the concept of just using natural deoderant. This product just wasn't the one for me. Nowadays I use Tom's deoderant with a lavender scent and haven't had a single problem.

I have also tried the Junglemint version and this one definitely spreads better. However, I seem to notice a little bit more odor by the end of the day.Other than that, my only complaint is that the product is called "JungleWOMAN" and marketed for both men and women. Quite silly if you ask me, my wife teased me a few times when I bought it without paying attention to the name.

So upset this didn't work. I used another natural deodorant prior and it was really irritating and didn't work. So I read the great reviews on this product and it didn't work for me. It had no scent whatsoever which I was disappointed in, I thought it would have light lime scent, smells like nothing. What's nice is it goes on easy, but it didn't work for me. I wore it last night for my workout and I stunk after. It didn't work for me.

I have struggled to ditch my antiperspirant deodorants. I have tried many natural alternatives and have hated them all. This stuff works pretty darn well. It's not foamy or goopy at all. Goes on easy and even after a summer hike in the dessert I didn't smell like a hippy (I swear a lot too!) Only one issue, my dog loves the stuff and is always trying to lick it off! Also amazed at the shipping. I was bummed to pay $3.99 for deodorant shipping but it was shipped in an insulated bag with ice pack. It was left in my mail box in high temps for three days and it survived. I'm pleased all around with product and company.
