It’s an antibiotic cream so is for infections - but it won’t cure vitiligo. Hope this helps - but if in doubt, check with your pharmacist. **Q: Can this be used when loss of toenail** A: I don't see why not, it is a very good all round ointment. However, if loss of toe nail is due to a fungus infection it would be better to use a fungal specific ointment. **Q: What is the active ingredient in this cream?** A: I have no idea, but it’s brilliant!
