The Flamaker Power Lift Recliner Chair exceeded all expectations. It was exactly as described, solidly built, beautifully designed, and remarkably functional. The thoughtful details, such as multiple storage pockets for glasses, books, and remotes, made it both practical and elegant. Unfortunately, I had to return it for personal reasons, but the true highlight of this purchase was the seller. Their service was nothing short of outstanding: quick to respond, fair, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. I bought this with low expectations as a stopgap measure. I'm writing this review two years later and it has performed exceptionally well. I have had no problems with this chair or the electronics and it is used on a regular basis. I would recommend buying this chair for an elderly person that needs help standing as it performed that function very well. It's a perfect size smaller elderly people and it's even comfortable for larger people to sit in as well. When my wife can't sleep in bed because of sinus issues, I will find her sleeping in this chair in the morning. We have other chairs, but she likes this one best. The cushions have held up well with no sag or evidence of it breaking down. The outer covering has held up well and has no wear marks or seams coming apart etc. I would buy this chair again.

HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere for your seating needs. Ordered this for my mother (5’0, 110ish lbs) and the chair was borderline too small for her. The cushions provide next to zero comfort/cushioning. The “massage” function is just the entire chair lightly vibrating. The only plus to this is that the hydraulic cyclinder used for the lifting function works well.Attempted to initiate a return, and had to speak to the seller. They insisted on not paying postage for the return, and recommended I keep it for a 10% refund, then a 30% refund— then even offered to send a replacement motor since I mentioned a loud squeaking noise. After 6 days of going back and forth (mind you, the seller was only responding overnight and is almost definitely not in the US) they finally agreed to provide a paid postage stamp to return the item. Take my paid postage to FedEx— FedEx then informs me they don’t have a box large enough to fit the return, and the dimensions on the paid postage were “impossible to fit this thing in”. Lowe’s, Home Depot, U-Haul, etc. didn’t sell a box large enough to accommodate. Ended up having to cancel my return, eating the purchase price, and donating the chair to goodwill.In over a decade of using Amazon— this product, and the interactions with the seller, have to be the wordt I’ve had to date. Really a shame.

I wanted to update from 1 star to 4. The seller was very responsive in locating missing half. I would give 5 stars to the seller and 3 or the 4 on chair. It's nice, comfortable and everything works as it should. It's a little small. That can be good or bad depending on your space and your need.I would recommend. Just know it comes in two boxes and base weighs 75lbs.Cannot speak on quality as half was not delivered. It is heavy. I thought back and arms were folded on top. If you order expect 2 boxes. Now I have to load this 100 pound half of a chair up and deliver to UPS. Nice

May not believe me this chair is very simple very simple to put together it's only two pieces and you're just clamping the other four little pieces together it's just that simple no reading no over exhausting yourself just put it together by slipping it down and clamping pieces together plugging it in and just relaxing I bought this for my mom and she loves it it has a massager it has a built-in heating system and that's all the way back and all the way up where she can stand up on her feet without even getting up

Very comfortable chair eazy to put together

Purchased this chair for my elderly Mom. I chose this one because of it's size, she is very petite and I was putting it in a small space. It arrived quickly, assembly was easy. But on the first recline it stopped working, staying stuck in recline. I contacted the seller and after a few exchanges was given a full refund.

I got this for my husband who has neck surgery. It’s nice and works well, I guess he hasn’t been willing to share. Might think about getting two.Fits in small home and no weird smell from the material.
