This Little Piggy: and other favorite action rhymes

I have two toddlers, ages 3 1/2 and 2, and they LOVE this book. We read it every day, sometimes several times in a day, and they can now do the actions and sing along without my help. They think Head Shoulders Knees and Toes and The Wheels on the Bus are hysterical. The artwork is cute and the book is not too long and not too short. There are several rhymes I have never heard and so I don't know the tune or the motions, but the ones I know I have enjoyed teaching my kids and it reminds me of reading books with my own mom when I was little. I enjoy this book so much that I gave one as a gift to three other toddlers in my family this year.

This is a longtime favorite of action rhymes. Glad it is still in print.

The book has a padded cover, and seems to be very sturdy. Good deal, because my 2 year old grandson gets such a kick out of me singing the tunes I know to these rhymes. I thought it might be too young for him, but he giggles, and says, "Do it again!" Delightful! Haven't gotten through the book yet, so plenty of rhymes to read and sing. I would recommend this book.

This is the third book in this 'set' that we have bought. These board books (board books=durable!) are great for our 2-year old, and I think both younger and older would appreciate them too. Not too many words, nice pictures and you will know most of the nursery rhymes/songs to sing along. We LOVE these books for bedtime, you will too.

Nice book with good collection of rhymes and nice illustrations. My 2yo is in love with the book!Gave it a 4star because I ordered a book in new condition but there were some glue marks on the book!

My little grandson loves this storybook. All the little stories, songs, etc. have become favorites of his and I love them as well because my daughter - who is now his mother - loved these stories too!

Such a cute little book of nursery rhymes. I like the padded front and back cover and sturdy board pages. The nursery rhymes are fun and interactive like Pat-a-Cake, I'm a Little Teapot, The Itsy-Bitsy-Spider, Five Little Monkeys, Head Shoulder Knees and Toes, and several more. I'm enjoying reading this with my 6 month old baby and the older kids love reading it too.

Another good book by Tiger Tales. Has many of the action rhymes that I grew up with and a couple new ones for me to pass on to my grandchild. I'm sure she will enjoy all of them. Four stars for the condition of the book. The bottom portion of my book's binding was a little crunched when I received it. There was also something glued to the back of the book. When I tried to remove it, a portion of the book's back cover about the size of a pencil eraser also came off with the glue leaving a white spot. Books should be inspected, packaged, and protected a little better for shipping.
