I LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE PATCHES!!! I am one that is horrible at taking pills so when I saw that I could get B complex in a patch form, I WENT RUNNING FOR IT!! I really didn’t know what to expect from them, I was in need of something that would help with my energy level. I don’t get much sleep at night, so my days drag. Or shall I say, THEY DID DRAG. They no longer do, after purchasing these B Complex patches a couple months ago. My days are sooo much better and I’m more alert and energized. I find the best placement for me is my shoulder and then I scratch it ( to me, I’m helping activate it😂). I’ve never had a problem with it falling off. I do definitely notice a difference every so often when I forget to put one on. Try it, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!!!

I could definitely feel a difference wearing these. Yes, it will start to peel if you sweat, but I just put it under my watch band and it stayed in place great. Will definitely buy more!

I used these during 2 months and I liked them, good vale for the money, high B vitamin concentration but the need to do something about that glue, I'm not even allergic but it will get sticked to my skin and irritate it after a couple of days using the patch on the same spot

Don't get it wet! It will be hard to stay on afterward.
