I have been taking this 30 minutes before my workouts and after almost 2 months of use, I genuinely can't believe that I ever used to go gym without this! You can really feel it giving you that "charge" when you are in the gym, so you can do that extra set, lift the next set of heavier weights, or run that little bit longer. It definitely helps you build muscle as you have more power = heavier weights = more muscle. I needed this supplement when I found I was losing power quickly and I haven't been disappointed. In fact, sometimes it charges you too much.I DO NOT recommend following the loading phase as it made me feel sick and the buzz made it difficult for me to sleep. Nonetheless no other side effects to mention. It doesn't taste great which is why I mix it with cordial, but if you are after taste buy a milkshake I guess!

There's a bit of controversy surrounding Nutracell labs judging by some of the reviews but I decided to try this out all the same. Not used Creatine in a very long time but needed something to give my training a boost as I have been feeling quite flat of late and not having much energy and various aches and strains. I'm half way through the tub and for me this product has worked. I definitely feel more energetic and stronger. I wouldn't say I'm bouncing off walls or lifting excessively heavy but it's done the job for me. Not sure I would buy it again as there's cheaper out there and I would like to try others but if you're looking for something that does work, this stuff has for me, despite the negative reviews.

Part of my prep stack for competing..... excellent strength gains. I actually take two servings per day on training days, before and after workout. On non training days I add one scoop to my morning protein. Noticeable results for me were seen after two weeks with added volume in my muscle and increased 1 rep max on my key lifts such as bench, squat and deadlift. Easy to take, no bloating and in my opinion value for money.

I can feel some effects, I don't tend to gain much of anything, just need more endurance for the sport I play and it does help, I feel stronger.It just tastes and smells weird and there is no manufacturer's name or country of origin it just looks like a fraud - if you try to find nutracell labs there is no contact number and the only address points out to a house in Redburn, I would not recommend this product to anyone! Find a product where you can trace down the origin, only on Amazon business like this can flourish!

This stuff is incredible!! I seen faster gains from this than anything else I've used, but keep in mind that you have to drink tons of water and on top of that if you stop using this stuff, your weight drops rapidly within the first week you stop using it

I used my scale to weigh out the scoop, because it seemed large and it's hard to believe there are 45 scoops in this small container. Anyways, I will review again once I count out the scoops over the next month. This scooper does in fact weigh out 6 grams, not 5. so you will be short a couple servings if you aren't measuring it out.

Very good product I've tried alot of them and I can say this one works it blends well and doesn't upset my stomach.

I take a spoon full everyday with lunch, then lift weights about 40mins or so afterwords, it works great it doesnt leave you all edgy but gives you a boost of energy that will wear off well before bedtime
