Great healing and preventing RSI and Carpel Tunnel.
I bought this out of necessity to force my hand to stay on top of my desk rather than the edge. it worked perfectly. The bottom of the mouse mat sticks to the desk and does not move, you have to peel it off and place it back down, it is pure silicone (i think) and very high friction you CANNOT slid it around, not even on purpose. The gel hand rest bit is also silicon, feels like jelly, very soft. The top of the mat is a hard plastic material, the mouse runs smoothly on it, no issues with tracking. The area is a bit small for modern mice, i use a Razer Death Adder 2013 and wish there was more room but it is still very usable.A bit of background to why i bought it:I normally keep my palm pressed tightly against the edge of my desk whilst using my mouse causing a big red line across my palm and reducing blood flow and irritating the nerves in my hand thus causing carpel tunnel syndrome and RSI.With this mouse mat i am forced to keep my hand on top of the desk instead of the edge, the big bubble bit physically stop my mouse from being taken to the edge of the desk and also provides a nice palm rest.I have been using this for a month now, my past injuries have gone, the pains and aches and soreness all went away after a week or two of using the mouse mat and it will prevent them from coming back.

Ideal for the office
Bought this for my desk at work. It’s ideal doesn’t take up much room and wrist does not slide about when using the mouse, it Keeps the wrist in one place better than fabric (personal preference). Once positioned for use, the mat does not move around as underneath is non slip, which is great. Wrist does not sweat either. I can’t rate it for gaming, so unfortunately the 1 star is all I can give this as it would be wrong for me to score it highest when it’s only being used in the office. Hopefully would be good for any gaming people out there ( as I don’t do gaming). Wrist does not feel tired or strained and I love it. The gel is clear too so can see desk, it’s fun and a bit different for the office/workplace.(maybe fun for gaming too?). I recommend this product. Arrived promptly and as described. Thank you.

Good Mousepad
Comfortable, and easy to clean. Bear in mind, that you cannot have dust on pad, otherwise you may not be able to move your mouse as smoothly as you would like.

Mouse user essential.
I suffer with a sore achy wrist from all day computer mouse use. I’ve had one of these previously which “went missing”I ordered two lots for two offices I work in.They are nice and soft and cooling on the wrist.Come in lots of colours. Will definitely be marking these up with my name so they don’t go AWOL! 🥰

Rolls-Royce of mouse mats
Although I've only been using it for a day now, I think this is the best mouse mat I've ever bought.A mouse mat is something most people just take as a cheap surface to make sure that your mouse actually works, rather than bare on the desktop but I've made the mistake in the past merely to buy the cheapest available & think that's OK. Wrong. This Fellowes Gel Mouse Pad is a Rolls-Royce of mouse mats, if there can be such a thing, as it isn't a car.The surface area is more than adequate to navigate a 22" monitor with very little movement of the mouse: in fact I've had to slow down the cursor speed to half its previous speed, such is the way my old Logitech M510 laser mouse loves its surface. I didn't realise that the fabric surface of my previous mats slowed down the speed & precision of the mouse to that extent. It sticks to the desktop like a limpet due to a kinda gel-like underbelly & doesn't move about at all. You have to physically lift it up to reposition it slightly on your desk. Which is good.Everyone who spends hours on a computer should have a gel wrist support, to avoid RSI & this one is very cool. Very long, wide & generous. And, strangely, also cool to the touch wrist-wise. It feels cold & clearly the cluster of blood vessels & nerves in that part of your wrist benefit from this & you can roll your hand along it to cool your hand also, as it's so long. All in all, a tremendous mouse mat but don't forget to slow down your cursor speed when first using it as the pointer'll just shoot off the screen, the surface is so optical/laser mouse-friendly, I kid you not.

Works Well
I had a Fellowes mouse mat years ago and was pleased with it then. In between times I tried a few others but came back to Fellowes because it's the best I have found so far. I would certainly recommend this, as the wrist rest is comfortable and the mouse glides easily. I use it a lot as I am working from home.
