I have severe eczema on my hands will this work?

As a fellow eczema sufferer, 100% I would record trying this - each person is different for different creams but this absolutely does work on my dry cracked hands! You might still need your normal steroid cream to control your eczema itself but this will definitely help with keeping them moisturised between break outs!

does it absorb quickly or is it quite greasy?

initially moist but does dry quite quickly.. even my dad doesn't complain!

Whats the difference between this one and the hand cream in a jar?

The O'Keeffe's working hands in the tube is great for very dry hands .I haven't tried the one in the jar but it maybe not as thick as this one .? I can definitely recommend the tube .
