I was surprised to find there were few xbox 360 controller batteries still for sale, so I was happy to find these 2 batteries at a good price.Good value & speedy delivery.Note: when first plugged into charge red light came On on only 1 of them, the other No light showed, so I was a bit concerned. I left both on charge for a short time then checked on 'how much charge' they had when connected to Controller. Since using them until flat they both are now showing correct colour lights when charging ie Red Charging & Green when Full.

Seems to do its job

This does work in my XBOX controller however it has a few problems, namely that it takes a long time to fully charge (Intentional to make it seem high capacity when it isn’t).It is definitely not 4800mAh it’s more like 700mAh (which will still last as while).

I have had these for less than 6 months, and they've been used very lightly, perhaps an hour a week on average.From the outset, charging them didn't fill me with confidence. They have a green light on them to show they are charging, but when you connect the cable, the light flickers, and is sometimes dim or bright depending on how far you insert the plug. Plugging it as far in as it goes sometimes turns the light off.Even when I plug it in and the light is bright green, they don't seem to charge well. This has got worse over time despite the light usage. Recently I charge them for at least 24 hours and they last a few minutes of play.Yesterday, I charged one for 24 hours and it showed low battery as soon as I used it and ran out in a couple of minutes.

Works perfectly

As it is from China I would not use this charging kit unattended but I have gotten 3 years of use from it. Writing this as the last battery has given up. The other battery lasted only a year. Both were used infrequently so expect a lesser lifespan if you are a regular gamer. These are nowhere near 4800 mAh but will give you about 4-6 hours each per charge. You can also use a controller while the charging cable is connected. When I bought this bare bones kit 3 years ago it was about £7.00. I see that price has jumped now so not so cheap and cheerful anymore.
