This product is good quality and I was pleased with my purchase. They are easy to swallow and come well packaged. I took them for a month but stopped as it seemed to mess with my hormones making my monthly cycle 35 days! When I have always been 28 days and never ever any different. Then some time after stopping I had a blinding headache of migraine pain proportions for 8 days and ended up in hospital. Related? No sure. Coincidence? Maybe. I think if anyone is going to be taking this amount of Iodine they should consult a doctor first.

I have been taking these for a few months now to help with under active thyroid. The tablets are well packed and presented. They are small and very easy to swallow. Good value for 2 months supply. My only gripe and the reason I haven’t given 5 stars is the last pack I had there was a lot of the tablets broken and reduced to powder so normally I have enough tablets until my next bottle is despatched as I have them on a regular order and I ran out prior to getting my next shipment.

These iodine tablets by HealthAid arrived quickly and perfectly well packaged. In addition, the tablets themselves are perfectly intact. No broken tablets, no powder, just the correct amount of tablets. I mention this because I had read some very negative reviews about these tablets which discouraged me for some time from buying them. All I can say is that I can't find the slightest reason to complain about HealthAid iodine. That aside, the tablets are twice the strength of most iodine supplements out there, and also (which is rare) they are not iodine-enriched kelp tablets and this is great for those of us (myself included) who don't particularly care for the taste of kelp. In this respect HealthAid iodine is like a typical vitamin/ mineral tablets. HealthAid has been around for years, I remember their tablets on sale in a shop (now sadly gone) where I live back in the 90s and I bought their tablets back then (it might have been Bromelain) and they were also perfectly intact too. So all I can say is that my experience with HealthAid has been 100% positive and I will continue to buy their iodine.

The tablets arrived in the ridiculously large bottle for the amount purchased. And also had new cotton or anything in there to protect the pills in transport, so when they were jostled around, several broke and crumbled. They’re supposed to be 60 pills in the order I placed I got 54 whole ones. Of those 54, several were chipped.

This product is working well and starting to feel a slight change although I have only been taking these for a couple of days. I have an under-active thyroid and seemed to be putting on weight due to the tablets I am taking. I found out recently that the thyroid loves iodine and that it helps with your metabolism and losing weight.

Purchased this due to some health issues and my Doctor let me know these will help, and so far I think they are. Easy to swallow, and decent value.
