with a nice, responsive screen - just what I needed BUT
This is a well-built, compact design, with a nice, responsive screen - just what I needed BUT!! The 32GB ROM is very limited and with just a few programmes loaded there was not enough space to download the latest Windows update. After a lot of time-wasting I managed to update using a USB flash memory. Not wanting to go through that hassle again I went on the web and discovered that it was possible to uprate the 32GB HD ROM and bought a 128GB SSD from Crucial. HOWEVER, on coming to install the SSD I discovered that there was no HDD to replace. There was a space for a 2.5" HDD but no connector and so no way of installing the new SSD. After further research I discovered that my model has a 32 GB SSD hardwired to the mother board and was non-replaceable. This was not made plain in the description on the Amazon site. I have now obtained a 64GB SD card that I have inserted in the SD slot and can run some of my programmes from this, so freeing up about 5GB on the onboard SSD. This is not an ideal solution and has a few limitations but I can live with these and hopefully I will now have enough space to accept any further Windows updates without hassle.

Useful laptop
This is a tough little laptop as it has a a strong solid cover so useful for a youngster. That does make it a bit on the weighty side though. It can be slow to load due to the low specs but you only get what you pay for. For the price this is a good value small laptop with the useful ability to be a tablet when required. I like the versatility of being able to use the keyboard and use touchscreen at the same time.

Get something with more memory. Waste of money
Not enough memory space. A couple of updates and there wasn’t enough room to download it. Terrible product
