Much better than strenuous exercising. I am a 76 year old woman and 10 mins a day (started on 5 mins and then increased weekly) is just the thing to keep me active, get circulation going, stops my ankles from swelling and makes me feel good in myself. I suffer with COPD so am restricted in how far I can go by walking, but now I can walk farther and get little jobs done that I could not do before I bought this. If you were thinking of getting one and are unsure, then I would ask the Doctor what he thinks. It is light to pick up and move, very sturdy and well made and it comes with an exercise sheet and two leads with handles that can be attached to the machine either side. There is no directions on the sheet as it gives a very comprehensive workout program with pictures using the leads. I wish this had been around 60 years ago. At the moment I have not lost a lot of weight but find that I am losing bulk. To lose a drastic amount of weight you would have to eat sensibly as well. I am too old to be figure conscious but do want to get rid of a few (lot) of bumps and be more mobile.

Love the quality, it looks good too not obtrusive to leave in my lounge. Like that the vibrations are all over the body and you can feel them working, not uncomfortable though I do 20 minutes using 2 different programmes and I am 70 years old. I can play my favourite music whilst working out, what more could you ask for .

I have to say I do love this vibration plate, I find it easy to use and it’s not a pain to pull out the cupboard. Two issues I have tho... I purchased mainly for my abs which it’s done wonders for but I find that I keep catching the buttons and it’s turns off and I have to start again. It isn’t a big issue it’s just really annoying especially when I’m nearly finished. The second issue is the plate bumps.. I have to fold a towel up double and place it on the plate before I can do press ups, they kill my hands! Apart from that tho it’s great! It does not work miracles.. I haven’t just stood on it, I do squats, ab crunch’s and sit ups but I have noticed a massive difference. My mum tum is defo firmer but it hurts like mad.. that’s how you know it’s working! Thank you for a great product that shows results.

Purchased as part of our overall fitness regime, I was concerned that this oscillating plate machine might prove to be a little too noisy. I had no reason to be concerned, it's very quiet! Comes with 5 set programmes which we rotate through on a daily basis and after 2 weeks use, both myself and my wife have noticed the benefits. Comes with a remote control which is a bit flaky at times when selecting the programmes, it takes 3 or 4 presses before it will engage programme selection, as we are now use to this, it's only a minor irritant. I am really pleased with this purchase.

I have only had this product just over a week but I am well impressed. The delivery was swift, it was packaged very well. its very easy to use and quote compact so it doesn't get in your way. I suffer with backache and need to tone up so i'm hoping it does the trick. No issues to report at all. Good value for money I would say.

I love this plate, l am an older person who likes to keep in shape, the different programs help make using it easy, it also has a remote so you can stand on the plate and choose your program and speed you can also have your music on it, for me a great buy.

I was interested in losing weight, toning up and improving mobility. I did some research on Whole Body Vibration (WBV) but did not want to fork out £1000s on something I did not know would work and that could weigh a ton. I then stumbled upon this Roneyville Ultra Compact Vibration plate, and with the low price and weight, I figured it was worth trying. I use the machine for 20 minutes minimum daily, 5 days a week and I've have actually started seeing results already. In fact I like this machine so much I've just bought one for the mother in law too who has suffered years of lower back pain due to arthritis and she now swears by this little gem. I cannot recommend this plate highly enough.

Vibration plate itself is very good but the arm exercise straps snapped with 8 weeks of use. Tried to contact the seller but no response to my email and can't find a tel number so I am unable to use the straps now
