Can't for the life of me figure out what I'm doing wrong. Even I can't get water out. What am I supposed to do?

It has a plastic seal on the bottom round weight part of the straw, have you removed that? My mum didn’t realise this was there so easy to miss.

Is it quite hard to suck the liquid out for everyone else? I’m not sure if we have a problem with our valve, it’s really hard to get anything out of.

I think when adults try this cup they try to just suck the liquid up the straw which is pretty difficult, but it's really quite easy to get liquid out if you use as a baby would breastfeed, i.e. with tongue pressure against the straw which opens the valve. My baby drinks from these cups fine, and actually manages to get too much sometimes! We've had 3 now. They can be a bit hit and miss on quality though. We had one that leaked, one that was nearly impossible to click shut, and one perfect one. Sadly my baby bites through the straws after a time, so I wish we could buy replacement straws and keep just the perfect cup!

My 18 month old often gets soaked from her tippy cup getting knocked over in bed. Does the straw require suction or will it leak if knocked over?

It shouldn't leak but I have yet to find a baby cup that is 100% leak proof! I would say this is the best non-leak option I've found. But the flip side of that is, they do have to suck quite hard for a drink. At 18 months she should be fine though.

To remove the straw for cleaning, from the inside of the lid, pull straw where it attaches to the lid. Use the brush included with the cup to clean the inside of the straw. Non spill

Easy to refill, great for non spill. I could fill it up and keep it handy to keep offering baby a drink. No worries about spilling it 😌 Also a really nice cup.

Best transfer to bottle

When moving to drinking water for my kids this was the best one out of everything i tried. Easy to drink from and no leakage. Quality very good. Highly recommend to use

Best straw cup imho

Great straw cup. My 6 mo old new exacty what to do with it. Does not leak when she throws it on the floor. The weight makes it so that she can drink even when not holding it right and steady. Great product.Shipping, however swift, was packaged in a see-through left over package of regular milk bottles. Really strange way of packaging.

Filter comes loose a lot

Good cup but my daughter is 1yr and drops the cup a lot which can make the filter come loose and then the cup leaks. She does love it though and manages it well.

Not great.

Really hard to suck out of and this means my little one gets bored and frustrated with it easily and can’t drink out of it. Disappointed.
