NYX Cosmetics Eyeshadow - Rock

Absolutely adore this eyeshadow! It unfortunately came busted in the post, so I find red shadow on everything! It applies so well to the skin and stays put for ages. It's so bold but looks beautiful. Love it so much! I wear it all the time! (in the pic I am submitting, I had been wearing it all day and had even laughed until I cried in it! But it still looks gorgeous!)

Just what i was looking for, and at a great price too. I had to layer the colour a bit, but once you use a primer this will look vibrant and stay on all day. Used orange glitter with this and it looked great.

Love Love Love this product, bought in the shade COPPER I use this as a definite dupe for Mac Coppering at a fraction of the price. I have 4 *'d this as the clear plastic casing is broken (come totally away from the case). But it really is nothing to cry over, this nyx eyeshadow is ace xxx

Good quality black eye shadow, easily brushed off the palette and onto the eye. Not much excess shadow on the cheek and not too difficult or easy to brush shadow off palette. Brushes and adheres to eyelid skin well, not too loose not too glued on and blends well with other shadows. Brilliant sized palette that doesn't leak black dust. Recommended

Nice colour and pigmentation, but the Amazon packaging was awful so 2/3 of the eye shadows were completly broken!!!!

Great eyeshadow; its highly pigmented and it blends easily. only, i find if i use a baby wipe on my face then apply it afterwards (like 1-2 minutes afterwards) it doesnt apply well at all, but that may be the type of wipe im using. Delivery was late, but the seller contacted me with an apology, so alls good.

Now the actual product I would give 5 stars. I always check out swatches before buying all my makeup and after a recent haul due to finding out my once beloved maybelline mascaras and loreal lipsticks test on animals I am buying a whole new make up set. I love Nyx products and it's a shame they don't sell it over here in Britian in Boots or Debenhams however amazon is great as you do get free shipping whereas from their website it's about 4 pounds! I bought this along with the nyx white pearl eyeshadow base and it goes on like a dream and stays on too. It is a little on the fuchsia side but carries a blue sheen, I certainly do feel like the goddess of the night teamed with my iridescent dark blue bourjois eyeshadow I also bought from amazon ;) Only thing I can moan about is the packaging. It came 2 days after ordering it but please Amazon put it in loads of bubble wrap or something not just the cardboard casing you pack your books in!! Oh and in case your wondering how I fixed it, I'm not sure about other colours as some are not as soft due to their sparkle but I just pressed it with a tissue for about 20 seconds. Doesn't look as pretty but it worked, however some people do find putting hand sanitizer and then pressing it works better, but I wasn't too keen to be puttin that near my eyes especially as I wear contact lenses. Overall this is a beautiful colour which goes great with a light to dark blue smoky effect because as a lucky sod with turquoise eyes, it's impossible to find shades that suit me, forget neutrals I look like I've been playing in the mud aha!!

used for halloween makeup. came with a small chip in the makeup surface, but worked fine for what I needed it for

Assez satisfaite, même si la couleur ne m'est pas adaptée. C'est un fard à paupière brillant, s'il était lisse il serait parfait !

Attention c'est un vert plutôt dans les turquoises. Donc plus pour les yeux bleus ou verts. Tient bien toute la journée si poudré ou base en dessous.
