Both my sons have been taking this supplement since they were 13. They take it each morning with their cod liver oil capsules. It helps them with their development and energy. Both find it easy to swallow even though the tablet is quite large. Both boys have gone through the teen years with minimal skin issues. The quality of the product is quite easy to see with the way in which it is easy to take and does not cause indigestion. There is no real smell which always helps with children. They are value for money when you buy from Amazon as they can be more expensive elsewhere.

This needs to be taken regularly for the benefits. Great for teens. Son doesn’t like the hard tablets as he said it smells.

I buy these regularly for my teenage son, he's a bit picky with food so want to make sure he's getting any missing vitamins. Easy to break in half for him to swallow, no nasty smell like others, I would recommend.

These are a great price on subscribe and save. They are a little bit bigger than other multivitamins which may be something to consider if your teen isnt great at taking tablets. There are 2 a day too, one multivit and 1 omega-3 capsule. My turn takes them just fine though and says that he feels better when taking them regularly.
