Perspi-Guard Maximum Strength Antiperspirant Spray 50 ml, 1-Pack, Strong Deodorant for Excessive Sweating & Hyperhidrosis, Anti Sweat Spray, Unscented

I've suffered from hyperhydrosis all my life. I've discovered iontophoresis as a miracle cure for my hands. Perspi-guard is a miracle cure for my underarms. I put it on before bed, after a shower. I still apply normal antiperspirant (Mitcham) in the morning. My arm pits are completely dry for the rest of the week. What sets this apart from other products that I've tried is that Perspi-guard does not sting or irritate. In fact, it's so gentle that my two kids aged 12 and 15, who have unfortunately inherited this debilitating condition, are able to use this too. Both used to have large sweat marks all the way through their school jumpers, now they are completely dry. They also use it on their hands, and it works great. My only gripe is that it's pretty expensive for quite small quantities, but ultimately worth it for the amazing result.

This is a great product it has completely stopped my sweat. I sweat a fair amount. If I wear shirts, within an hour I normally have wet patches. I don't normally smell or anything over than deodorant but I have recently started a new job which requires some physical activity and I have to wear a shirt as part of my uniform. After a 12 hour shift I noticed there was a slight sweaty humid smell but nothing major or stinky. I decided I would try this product to stop my sweat. I didn't have high hopes but after following the instructions and applying before bed, my sweat has stopped. I've used the product for two days now and so far not any sweat has been onto my shirt, as for the smell. It does sort of stop smell but I still have a slight smell. Not B.O but it's a smell nothing bad or strong but if you were to take the shirt off and sniff you would tell. When using I decided to spray 4 squirtd on each armpit ( instructions say 2 ) 4 seems to work well for me as I did try 2 but it was a little humid but still no sweat but after using 4 it's completely dry. I found it does wash off a bit in the shour so it's best to lightly was the area with water otherwise you could just re apply after your shower which I have done and I used a hair dryer to speed up the product drying time. The product itself smells strongly of alcohol and it does have a slight oily texture sort of similar to baby oil but less oily. I haven't had any reactions or any pain using this. It's a good product and it works. It's worth the money but as I'm using 4 sprays every 2 days I'm not too sure how long it will last so only time can tell if its worth it in the long run.

I bought this on Prime day, as it was cheaper and I thought it worth a try. It comes in a reasonably small box with a plastic spray bottle inside. It is unlike 'normal' anti-perspirant which you put on before clothes, instead you are instructed to put this on at night after showering. Spray 2-3 times and allow to dry. I have found that drying takes quite a while, so I can see why it would be best to do it at night. And for the results: amazing! No sweat under my armpits at all, despite the rest of my body being lovely and sweaty due to heat, MS and the menopause. No smell either. If you want a perfumed smell, the instructions say to apply a deodorant/perfume, as it will not affect it. I have also tried the spray on my feet and it works just as well. I have tried other similar products previously, and had an allergic reaction, but I have been fine so far with this one. Although it is expensive, it is worth every penny to be dry and clean. And the bottle should last quite a while, as you only need to use it every other day. Absolutely brilliant! I can't recommend this highly enough. Update: after just over a month, it has started stinging my arm pits badly, so I have had to discontinue use for a while there. Hopefully I will be able to try again in a few weeks, but it means that it now loses a star. However, it is still working brilliantly on my feet, with no adverse reaction.

I love it. A single application lasts 2-3 days for me. The Summer in the UK has been particularly intolerable for someone who has hyperhidrosis secondary to medication. I tried undershirts with padded armpits, wearing white only, and several other non-aluminium chloride antiperspirants. It would never stop me from feeling sweaty, which only serves to make you anxious and thus sweat more! I was very sceptical about the promises made by this brand, but truly it has made a huge difference to my day-to-day comfort. I have tried one other aluminium chloride-based brand (roll-on), which caused a nasty skin reaction. This brand only caused me minor discomfort on the first few uses, but now I can use it without issue. Tips: 1) Experiment to frugality - I initially went through about one bottle in under a week (30mL) basically spraying myself head to toe. I then tried cutting down which parts of me I applied this to, and have now settled on the armpits +/- back. As my shirts were no longer showing any signs of sweat, I was no longer getting secondary anxiety and further sweat. Find which areas work for you through experiment, and cut down use correspondingly. 2) Night application is best but not mandatory - several times, I have got home from work and gone straight to bed without applying this. It takes a while to dry, but I found it worked just as long (and as well) if I applied it in the morning and kept my shirt off for 10-20 minutes. The only thing I'd say is the mild skin irritation can be more noticeable in the morning, but if you are occupied by work/ traffic/ reading, it's easy to be distracted from. I don't do work requiring heavy labour, but spend a significant amount of my day walking around. I have not used it during any significant anaerobic/ aerobic exercise, so can't say if it would work for stopping sweat under those conditions. Similarly, I have noticed that feet have become a little more sweaty to compensate, but limiting shoe-wear (/ using shoe deodorant once in a blue moon) and washing my feet daily in the shower have made this a non-issue. I'd rather not use it on my feet as sweating a little is natural, and having absolutely no way to lose heat via perspiration doesn't sit well with me. My reaction to the roll-on from the other brand was most likely down to another chemical unique to their formula; there is no reason why you would have similar experiences with other brands, nor not have a reaction with this brand. Experiment and wash off if it does irritate your skin significantly. I only brought this up to say that this brand would definitely be worth putting on your experiment list. It's a little pricey, but worth it in my book.

Devo dire che ero molto scettica ma lo spray ha funzionato! Lo uso per il cuoio capelluto. Regge il suo effetto una settimana circa (anche se lavo i capelli tutti i giorni). L’unico dettaglio antipatico è che il liquido è appiccicoso e bisogna usare lo shampoo secco per qualche ora e lavare bene bene i capelli dopo per toglierlo definitivamente. Per il resto dona la sensazione dei capelli asciutti anche se fa molto caldo. Lo ricomprerò di nuovo!

recibi este producto muy tarde y no funciona como lo dice la publicidad tengo hyperhidrosis corporal lo uso un par de veces y no me ayudo en nada .... todas las empresas quieren vender pero el resultado no cumple con lo que dicen sirve solamente para vender y nada mas que lastima saludos chantal
