Absolutely Brilliant Results – Foolproof and Wholesome!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We decided to step away from supermarket bread to have complete control over our ingredients, and investing in the Morphy Richards Fastbake has been a fantastic decision. As you can see in the video, the process is incredibly simple: you just layer your wet and dry ingredients, add the yeast, select your program, and let the machine do the hard work. My first attempt was a bit of a learning curve because I didn't read the water measurements properly, but once I followed the quantities exactly, it turned out an absolute masterpiece. The bread comes out beautifully golden, incredibly soft, and fluffy on the inside, with a perfect crust. It makes the absolute best homemade sandwiches. It takes under three hours from start to finish, and the smell inside the house is incredible. If you are looking for an easy, reliable way to enjoy fresh, preservative-free bread at home, I cannot recommend this machine highly enough. Five stars!

A quality, good value and user-friendly machine
My husband has used this machine for nearly 6 months continuously, 3 times a week, every week. Just from that experience I can honestly say that it is an excellent product. If you are starting out, and you just want a machine that makes a standard large white loaf in 3 hours (using 500g strong flour) then this is ideal and it makes very good quality bread which tastes incredible. You will never want to buy shop bread ever again, its that easy and that good. The user guide is helpful, not too complicated with everything you need to know to make the range of breads available through the programs available. Its not particularly loud when mixing, it has a fairly larger footprint on the worktop although the viewing window is very useful to check on progress. The user interface is pretty simple and easy to use. We did have a Panasonic branded machine which whilst good quality as a machine, took 4 hours to do a much smaller loaf and was double the price. So the Morphy Richards is far better value. Highly recommended.

Good value
Only used it once so far, made a basic white loaf that came out really nice. Compact size ,quite easy to operate. Not to impressed with the quality of the cup and measuring spoons that are supplied with it would have been better if they were stainless steel instead of plastic, but for the price can’t complain.

Fantastic machine, 100% recommend
I was pondering on getting a bread maker for a little while, but avoiding it as it's a lot of money to spend on something you might not bother sticking with for long. I decided to mooch about and see what was available, stumbling across this fella. It's a nice comfortable price point, so wouldn't have felt like a waste should it have ended up living it's life in a cupboard, never to see the light of day again. However... He lives on my worktop and is in use multiple times a week, I LOVE this thing! It's so easy to use, there's no real set up. You plug it in, add your ingredients, set to the right type and size, and off it goes. It does all the mixing and baking for you, very little time or effort is required to make fresh, tasty bread. I don't have a lot of worktop space, and it is a decent sized machine, but it slots in nicely without sticking out too much so I don't mind the size at all. It gets quite busy when mixing the dough, but it's nicely stable and sturdy so doesn't rock about at all when in use. It comes with a booklet full of recipes for various bread types, our favourite is the french style loaf as the crust is lovely. It beeps to let you know when to add additions (my personal favourite to add is jalapeno and cheddar!) I've also used it to whip up dough to make bread rolls with, it's a lovely addition to the kitchen and I'd not be without it now, I've not bought store bought bread since getting it a couple of months ago.

A very good buy. I'm so pleased that it is back.
This is at least my fourth Fastbake breadmaker. When my last machine gave up the ghost, Morphy Richards told me that they were discontinuing this product, which meant that I had to purchase from a different supplier. Unfortunately that too packed up. I am therefore pleased that the Fastbake is back again. I have always been pleased with the product, which produces a nice loaf, with very clear instructions, which are easy to follow. I only ever use the standard back and have never tried the one hour recipe, as time isn't usually a problem. I always make the 2lb loaf and in my case I always add Caraway seeds for flavour. The machine produces very little noise.

Amazing!
It just works! The booklet contains a bunch of recipes to use which do work well but I do prefer my own bread recipe which works just as well in the machine. Whack in the ingredients, press the button and away it goes. I DO find that sometimes flour doesn't quite get mixed in right if you leave it on it's own so it needs a tiny bit of help as it's doing the initial mix, a spatula around the edges just to knock any residual flour into the dough is what I do. Can't really say there is a single thing wrong with it. It does everything perfectly for what I need it for and is a decent size for the counter top. I use it every few days for a fresh loaf and also use it as a mixer and prover to make my pizza dough!

Great bread maker only limit is your imagination
I bought this bread maker just after Christmas to avoid going to the shop to buy bread during the lockdown. I found it on Which best buys and I had an old model about 15 years ago which helped me choose it. I’ve made: - pizzas 3 times - white loaves - seeded loaves using Supermarket flour mixes - a whole meal loaf (in the picture which doesn’t rise as much as the others as the flour is much more dense) - raisin and cinnamon loaves (like hot cross buns in a loaf) - batches of white rolls (in the picture proving before going in the oven) - seeded malted rolls (in the picture) using malted flour by doves and a seed mix bought off Amazon I work full time with a demanding job so I don’t have a huge amount of time for baking. This machine means I’m able to bake beautiful fresh bread that all the family loves. My son will only eat white bread (which we all like) without seeds because of his braces and everyone else loves seeds and my mum loves whole meal but no one else does so I make a variety but that’s not a problem as it’s easy to use. I’ve not used the timer my bread seems to last well so I’m not bothered about having it fresh in the morning. Cool it then wrap it in clingfilm and it lasts several days. They all love rolls which are easy to do. After the dough setting has finished (it mixes and proves the dough). I kneed for 3 mins shape into rolls leave under clingfilm until doubled in size (about half an hour depending on how warm the kitchen is) then bake for 15 mins they come out beautiful and taste great. The last lot I put seeds on the top which toasted and were amazing in my picture. The first thing I made was pizza I made 3 out of the dough each plate size. When the first one came out my son 17 who costs me a fortune in Dominos asked me to mix another batch while he took over the making. He thoroughly enjoyed them, I think he’ll still badger me for Dominos but he loves these so I’m sure it will save me money on pizza. Anyhow I’ve only had it a couple of weeks I’ve just used 2 settings dough and 1 baking setting and I’ve made loads of different things. There’s lots of other recipes to try in the book and many on line Allison’s has a good selection of recipes and I expect other flour manufacturers do too. Well worth getting if you like baking and don’t have much time and love fresh bread.

Value, does everything
Have only had this, just over a week, have used this twice so far & only with packet mixes so far. Would really reccomend, so much easier than making it by hand. I have a few small criticisms: the instruction manual if you can call it that is just awful, the blade comes out with the bread (it's supposed to) but is a nightmare to get out of the bread, the cord is quite short and is quite big. I have just bought 2 recipe books on Amazon specifically for this bread maker which even tells you the settings to use. Really impressed with this machine otherwise, really good price too
