I have naturally clear skin anyway, so it's difficult to determine the effects for acne or spots, but as just a toner, I feel like it works pretty well!Upon arrival, the bottle came open, meaning my other packages were covered in it.My skin feels great after use, however, and feels much healthier!I have sensitive skin, and when applied, burns a tiny bit, but that feeling goes away after a few minutes.Overall, I think it's a great product, especially for the price
