great for flus and colds - superquick recovery with these
absolutely great little capsule if you feel a cold coming on. it works every time and gets rid of it. i take 2 capsule as soon as i start getting the snivels (coupled with a couple of vitamin d3 just to start) and then i take 2 camu camu every 2-3 hours until i know its well gone. magic and healing. it has more vitamin c than anything else of the market.
