For first ever pipe, I would strongly recommend this product. Without spending too much money, in comparison to other pipes, this product will allow new pipe smokers to discover the enjoyment of pipe smoking and to decided whether or not to buy a more expensive product. For the time being, I am very satisfied with this product which arrived on time and in perfect condition just as advertised.

This is my first pipe. I have been watching videos and reading articles about how to correctly pack the bowl/chamber/furnace (whatever you want to call it) and how to light it. I use a beautiful black cherry and bourbon pipe tobacco and it is very smooth. The pipe is very comfortable to hold and is quite heavy.It looks fantastic too! As it is my first pipe, I can’t compare it to other brands like Mr Brog, but from my experience so far it does the job very well and I very much enjoyed my first smoke

So I bought this to be a cheap, simple and easy-on-the-eyes pipe to use out in public eventually. It looks great from a distance, but up close a few cosmetic blemishes are noticeable from when it left the factory e.g. glue stains, gaps in the attachments etc. Very miniscule things that are not a problem so long as it works...except it didn't at first!The air-flow from this pipe at first was ridiculously tight. Had to suck/puff very hard to get any draw any smoke into my mouth. At first, I thought maybe a filter was already installed in it to help beginners, but no filter was found and it wasn't until I had to completely dismantle it and force a pipe cleaner down it, that the airflow improved and it is now smokeable. It's still not perfect (has a slightly annoying whistling sound whenever I draw from it) but the smoking experience itself is very pleasing and it works fine now which is the important thing.But I definitely wouldn't recommend this for beginners as is they have my experience and don't know what to do to improve its airflow, they will be put off immediately. Overall it's not bad for the money, you get what you pay for right? But at the very least, the quality check process before dispatching from the factory/wear house REALLY needs to improve.
