The most flash for the least cash!
If you own a Yongnuo flash with built-in wireless, this little beast is fantastic. As wireless trigger/controllers go, it's pretty damned simple to use and can control the power level and zoom of multiple Yongnuo flashguns. If you're shopping for a new flash system, this with the Yongnuo 560 flashes makes for a fantastic mini system. If you're not using Yongnuo flashes, there's no point in this at all. It'll trigger their receivers but with no remote control, meaning you might as well use a smaller and less bulky transmitter. No TTL and no HSS, so if you're a fan of acronyms and/or flash at high shutter speeds, you'll be mildly disappointed. Very rare toBattery life is excellent, I think I've changed the two AAs twice in several months of fairly heavy shoots. Triggering is consistent and reliable, at any distance I've shot at. No idea what the maximum range is, but has no problem triggering through walls etc. The screen and controls are nice and simple but not overly The build quality is fine, nothing to rave about, though because it sticks directly up from the hotshoe there's a higher chance of catching/bending it and breaking it. It's been bouncing round in my bag for months and holding up fine.Cannot recommend the whole Yongnuo ecosystem highly enough. Sure it's cheap, Chinese-made stuff, but when it performs just as well as big brands for a quarter of the price, you'd be daft not to.

Absolutely Brilliant.
For macro work I wanted to operate between 2 - 4 flash guns at the same time but didn't want to mount a fifth gun (or use a pop-up flash on the camera) to trigger an optical flash sequence. I'm using a Canon 7D. I decided the way forward was to have a master RF controller on the camera triggering the flash guns. After much research it seemed that there are two basic routes. 1) Purchase triggers (like Cactus V6 or the very expensive Pocket Wizard) to operate your flashguns or 2) Go the Yongnuo route and buy the YN560TX Controller and the Yongnuo matching flashguns with the receivers built-in.The YN560-TX coupled with the Yongnuo YN560 mk3 guns are the perfect match. The really great bonus is that the YN560 III guns are less expensive than just buying triggers and can all be collectively or individually controlled from the controller sitting on the camera thereby eliminating walking around all your flash guns setting them up. No TTL but that wasn't important to me.All in all the Yongnuo system is brilliant. Very easy to set up, works perfectly and extremely good value for money.

Nice bit of kit
good does the job. If anything I’d have to say it’s a bit on the clumsy side. Good value for the money.

Simply brilliant!
I really like this flash controller! I have used the Yongnuo RF-603C triggers for years, but this is in a different class. Gone are the days of fumbling with flashguns within softboxes, or on top of high stands – all can be now be controlled from this neat unit. I utilise it with four YN-560iii guns (which are superb units in themselves) and no longer have to run around to each in order to change settings - all can be controlled at up to 100m away. As can be seen from the specs. each gun can be controlled individually in increments of 1/3 stop whilst standing by the camera, and that is a real boon with complicated sets.I found the unit very easy to set up using the little instruction sheet, and navigation through the menus is smooth and intuitive. Yongnuo are really making life difficult for rip-off camera manufacturers selling their branded flash systems at inflated prices – and that is good for all of us.At £30 it is an absolute steal, and turns a YN-560iii setup into a very versatile and complete system.

Great controller, great price - used with Sony with additional adapter Pixel TF-325
I bought this to control 2x Yongnuo YN560 III speedlites, which have a wireless receiver built quality is great just like the speedlites, when you consider the cost compared to a camera manufacturer's own brand gear. I use this on a Sony A57 - clearly the hotshoe is not of the right type, but I use a Pixel TF-325 hot shoe converter that I have used for some time and works fine with this controller. I bought the YN560-TX for Canon as the 4 pin Canon hotshoe setup (where the 4 extra pins are in a square) match that on my TF-325 (the Nikon version 4 pin config is slightly different). Teh adapter I use is supposed to work with either Canon or Nikon style equipment but I felt it best to at least choose the one with the matching pin setup - this preserves the use of TTL. This can be used with the the older YN-560 II and YN-560 but as they do not have a built in wireless receiver you have to use on of the RF-602/RF-603 wireless receivers.

Outstanding Value for money and consistent results.
This is a great addition to use with compatible 560-111 flashguns. Sets up in seconds and works flawlessly enabling you to control the flash output of multiple guns.I've have bought and used expensive Pocketwizards in the past but found them to by a bit erratic. This system with integrated receivers in the flash is fantastic and never let me down. It's consistent and the performance of the 560-111 guns for £50.00 each is outstanding. Can't praise the equipment enough. I have 2 560-111 guns and am about to purchase another 2.For less than the price of a single Canon flash I can have 4 flashguns with built in radios and this controller. No E-TTL but the speed of manual operation with this device makes using them just as fast and gives me more consistent results than I achieved with the Pocketwizard TT5 system and my 580 EX 11 guns.
