Highest potency Omega for children ( high street products)
I selected these Omega 3 capsules over various other children's omega products because these had significantly more mg of DHA and EPA available. I really believe these helped to tame my young son's difficult phase ( between ages 4 to 6). Within a couple of months they had improved his concentration - I also saw the boost to his thinking and reasoning skills. There was a levelling out of his moods and generally they helped my son to develop the calm, sensible personality that he has now. He did complain that they taste horrible though and when added to food they were easily detected - thats a drawback but the long term benefits were definitely worthwhile.

My son didn't like these at first but did persist and is now enjoying the orange flavour, I will buy more as suits us really well amd see a great improvement.

Great vitamins but work out expensive if they actually take the correct dosage recommended. The kids love the taste too.

Quite expensive for the quantity in a bottle, however my 8 year old loves the flavour and the fact that the middle bursts. He’s always OK to take chewy vitamins but especially likes these.

Flavor just isn't worth it.
I tried these vitamins for my 5 year old son as it had the essential vitamins and the added Omega-3's it seemed like a good bet.However, my son is autistic and his sense of taste is easily put off. I looked for something that was supposed to taste good.This product said how great it tasted so I figured it was worth a try. I gave my son the vitamin and once he chewed it he spit it out and actually started crying. Even with his autism i've never seen him do this. So I tried one for myself. The outside of it was like rubber and actual somewhat more difficult to break open than I would have thought. Once you do, the coating feels weird and slimy to swallow. The burst of flavor was beyond disgusting. The initial taste of it was this very strong orange flavor. Not a natural orange flavor but that harsh chemical type flavor. Then straight after that it tastes like fish oil. It was not at all what we expected from it and my son was upset until we got the flavor out of his mouth and threw it away. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. There are products with the same ingredients that will not offend the senses so it's just not worth it.
