Love cod liver oil. My parents used to take it daily and hardly ever had a problem with sore joints or bones. I started taking cod liver oil in my 20’s, there’s no nasty taste, it can be a large capsule depending on the dose you take but easy to swallow with water. COL is always well priced and worth the money. I am in my 50’s now and have never had joint pain of any sort so I would say very effective.

I've taken cod liver oil on a regular basis since childhood (for current age context, I recently discovered a grey hair in my left nostril). I bought these particular capsules some months back because there was a deal on them and they seemed to be of good value.So far, I have no complaints. The quality seems as good as some of the better ones I've taken in the past. I like that it's just one capsule a day; they're easily digestible with a glass of water. I also like that I don't walk around for the day smelling super fishy as a result of taking them. I'll be happily staying the course with these ones after a bumper purchase.

Have bought these several times. The latest purchase has a 'use by' date of April 2026 so as a 6 months supply you can but in advance. Better value than the equivalent on the High Street and the ingredients appear to be exactly the same as the high end casules. The capsules are large so a condideration if you have problems swallowing pills. A good glug of water works for me!
