I had multiple large bridges fitted a few years ago and one side was really starting to hurt when chewing. I hate those bristle things they say to use which just make your gums bleed and make the teeth over sensitive. So I tried this. My teeth settled down in a couple of days of using twice a day. I'm so pleased with the results I've been using it since. My only complaint is it's too sweet. Like sickly sweet. But that's a small price to pay. I wake up each day still about to taste it so you know it's worked all night too which is great. An added reason that she bought this is because is contains no flouride.The taste of this is still really nice with a peppermint taste but without the added sting.
