I tend to work long hours and don't always have the ability (or willpower) to have a healthy and balanced diet. I grew up eating cod liver oil during winter months, and have continued this it gives a noticeable boost to my immune system and overall well-being. These capsules are very convenient, and the otherwise note very pleasant taste of the oil! This is one of my staples throughout the year and I cannot recommend it enough.

Love the packaging of Solgar. The glass container makes it feel more premium. The supllements are quite easy to swallow and have no taste which I like. The smell isn't too bad and does not turn my stomach.
