Review of WeePro Vpro850L Digital Multimeter DC AC Voltmeter, Ohm Volt Amp Test Meter, Electric Tester Ohmmeter with Diode and Continuity Detector, Backlit Display and Insulated Rubber Case Kickstand. I am not a handyman by any means, and even less of an electrician. However, this device is simple enough to allow me to test things to see if I have a compete circuit, a drained battery, or power to something. I watched some instructional videos on YouTube to get a basic idea of how to do what I needed to. I bought it to test fuses, and circuits through fuses (and empty fuse places) in my vehicle so that I could run a hardwire kit setup for a dashcam, plus checking power to a faulty female cigarette lighter plugin. It comes with an installed fuse and 9V battery. One must remove the back cover with a small Phillips head screwdriver to replace either or both. Some type of access port would have been nicer. It will do a self-test for continuity. It does pretty much anything most ordinary persons would use it for: continuity, ohms (resistance), volts, and amps. It has a backlight available and will also allow you to press the hold button to sort of save your last reading. The reviews on it were good. It has a kickstand built in. It came with the prongs as well as clips. It’s not overly complicated; pretty basic, but that’s all I require. I really don’t have any negatives on this. It’s reasonably priced too. I will update if needed.

This is my first time using a meter, and I am so glad I went with this one. Very user friendly, very efficient, and very easy to use. The meter was extremely easy to read, and the quality of sound was amazing! I forgot to turn it off the first night, and the next day, the display was just as asylum to read, and it is still going great. Awesome battery life!!

Leads are too short to be practical, but I bought it mostly because it beeps for continuity testing. Display light is white.

Never used one in my life. A YouTube video told me this was the first step in troubleshooting my electric stove problem. Sure enough, it pointed me to an issue with my breaker. I almost bought a new stove for $1200. This $10 investment pointed me to the issue, which was a simple breaker not fully turned on. Note, sometimes a breaker looks like it’s on, and power even goes to the unit. My stove turned on, it just didn’t heat. This tool showed me that only 120 of 240 volts was powering the unit. I went out and triple checked the breaker. Then the unit worked like a charm. Get one of these multimeters. It’s worth having around.
