Parchment Paper A4 100gsm 25 Sheets Vellum

Very nice quality parchment paper. I was concerned that the paper would be a little yellow in colour after looking at it on line. But I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t. I would describe it as a natural buff colour. I used the paper in ‘lockdown’ to wrap printed ECard gifts emails for a special birthday. I trimmed the email sheets just slightly smaller than A4 and rolled the emails inside the parchment paper. I used clear sticky round spots for a neat joint fixing and tied ribbon attaching a gift tag. I added curly ribbon for the finishing touch. End result... was better than a gift bag. I would recommend this product.

Works perfectly for a letter etc. that needs to be a little special. Good thickness and texture. Slightly too textured for detailed artistic work tbh, but you could totally still sketch on it.

This is not what I was expecting, as I have bought other paper described as parchment vellum and it is completely different. I wanted the white transparent vellum that turns an opaque white when embossed. I needed a lot of this to colour and make into flowers and butterflies, cut on a die-cutting machine, to put on my daughter's wedding invitations. I chose this because most of the packs I'd seen only had ten sheets in, so I thought it was cheaper because it was sold in bulk. I couldn't tell what it was like from the picture, but it turned out to be a creamy-beige sort of colour and is opaque and textured. However, I found that I could use it for what I wanted - in fact, when colouring this paper with crayons, it looks much brighter and has a very nice texture. The flowers and butterflies, if anything, look a little better for this, so it is probably more suitable and certainly better value. It is definitely not suitable for embossed white parchment work, but if you want a nice textured paper for most other types of paper craft, this is fine.

Excellent paper for the price, and just what I was looking for. I have also tried printing on this using an ink jet printer, and the results are very acceptable.

This is a lovely paper but, due to the texture, it didn't go through my laser printer very well. The toner was patchy and smeared easily even when the paper had cooled down after 20 minutes. It's possible it's just the model of printer I have (Older HP monochrome job) but it's something to watch for.

What else would Santa write a letter on! This was lovely with a printed letter to each of my grandchildren from Santa he even sealed them with a wax seal. I'm told that they are keeping them forever. Would be fantastic for wedding invitations.
