Not surprising since it's on the listing but these tablets carry a proper dosage of 3.75mg per day. Some competitors try to short change you with 2mg and so you run out of them quicker. For loading phase use 4-5 tablets daily to get 5-6.25mg for 2 weeks or so to saturate muscles if you've never taken the supplements before. Then maintenance at 3 a day should be plenty. The tablets are slightly larger than some other brands so if you're bad with tablets maybe worth noting. Personally had no issues.

I buy these to take with me when travelling. As easier to transport then the powder. Seem to work fine.

Conveniently sized capsules. Big but not too big to swallow. Never upsets my stomach like powder does and can take any time of the day.

Quite big capsules but proper portions, in my opinion product deliver the results.

Having tried numerous creatine products, starting with the powder which I just couldn't stomach, through raw-edge 'lozenge'-type products which are also quite hard to take (being large in size, rough and uncovered meaning the foul taste still lingers), capsules are the most convenient, pleasant way to ingest this supplement. The more barriers you can eliminate from the healthy habits yours trying to form, the more likely you are to sustain them, and so if you want to keep up your supplements get ones that aren't horrid to take. This is the cheapest price I could find for the type of product, the large dose inside each means less time popping 'pills' and the creatine inside seems perfectly competitive with the best I've tried. I re-buy this because I think it's the best.
