Exact replacement
I took a chance that this was my issue with the headlamp on my 2010 Escalade. It did resolve my issue with the lamp. Just be careful to take the time to compare it with similar ballasts that may appear to have the same construction, wiring, and wattage but are not compatible.

Perfect fit but not equal to OEM.
Perfect fit. Does not come with rubber gasket. Bulb included does not fit. Bulb is with circular fitting whereas OEM bulb has oblong fitting. See picture. After replacing passenger side Ballast, passenger side light is dimmer than driver side. Lets see how long it last.

Easy install after getting to it
My Prius blast was rather difficult to get to. I don't understand Why Toyota makes this hard to get out or put in. However, the blast works fine that I got it in.

Broken only after 4 months
Advertising as Toyota replacement, good price and quick delivery, but quality is not up to the standards. Will mot buy again

Works as it should
I was having an issue with one of my HIDs randomly shutting off on my 2006 G35. I was able to install this in just 30min. It bolts right up and has everything needed. Great deal
