Love it!I have been LOYAL to the maybelline lasting fix powder for nearly 10 years. Went to purchase it a couple days ago and saw that it was nearly £10 now!!!!! It was less than £5 when I started buying it. It was over £7 in February last time I purchased it. Thought it was getting expensive then but stuck with it 'cause I had been with it for SO LONG but £10!?!????? Nah.This powder was one of the first to come up when I searched for an alternative. It was around the same price as Maybelline WAS originally so I just took a stab in the dark ()(which, when it comes to make up I usually never do but I needed powder 😭!!!)SO GLAD I WENT WITH THIS!!!!!!! It's so light & smooth! And I received more than 2x the amount of product than the maybelline one! (They've been putting less and less in it every time).Very generous amount of powder. Comes with IT'S OWN applicator. Make sure to put one of your own puffs in on top or else the next time you use it, powder will be everywhere lolI love the applicator it comes with, very light like a cloudOverall delighted with this product and will definitely buy again!I seen 2 complaints when i read the other comments.1- do not use flash cam or you'll look like you're covered in talcom powderHave not used flash lol2- do not sweat or this powder leaves a sticky white residue on your faceI am in heatwave Scotland and im sweating and so far so good, no white beading/residue but i also do not use a lot so maybe if you are v heavy on usage it might white bead if you sweat

Personally, I don’t like how this sits on my skin (applied with a brush). It sits on top of my skin so you can clearly see I have a layer of white powder on my face. It almost feels grainy on my skin too. However, I use it to set concealer on my eyes, applying it with my fingers and this works really well.NB: I have oily, slightly mature skin (40s)

Honestly you get what you pay for. theres a good amount in the tub, it’s nice and thin and in terms of mattifying my several layers of moisturiser, primer, foundation and concealer it did a good job very easily and quickly. however, it is very chalky. this meant that my other makeup would just NOT show up on top - bronzer, highlighter, lipliner etc were just not going on my skin after this powder. it also has an awkward white cast if you try and bake where it doesn’t fully go on white but the edges of what you’ve just applied are kind of a sheer white floating on top of your skin. i don’t mind using it for work, but maybe not for nights out when i want my makeup to look perfect. if you’re not full face makeup obsessed and are just looking for a good value for money powder then this one isn’t all that bad. however, it did keep my makeup on my VERY OILY skin from 5am-11pm which is amazing! it did make my dried spots look a little more obvious but my foundation was still on and the oil still wasn’t coming through! so the uncomfortable chalkiness and dryness of the powder definitely did help in the end !
