Having owned a coffee shop many years ago, I am highly skeptical when it comes to instant coffee.Having said that, this is by far the best instant that I have tasted.It has a very smooth flavor on its own; add your favorite mylk and wow!!Although it is pricy approximiately £1.00 a cup; and my local coffee shop for mushroom coffee at £3.60 a cup; it is still cheaper a cheaper shops.

Taste delicious

This absolutely does NOT taste like good quality coffee. It doesn't taste like mushrooms either . BUT even after just 3 days i have certainly noticed an alertness and focus during the mornings after taking a daily cup of this strange black liquid. I do miss the pleasure of fresh coffee but Its a price im willing to pay to help my mental clarity so i can get through my assignment!

I read about this first from Tim Ferriss, but the reviews here weren't quite as generous, so I did not buy any. However, there were some free samples at work. After an hour or so of trying it, I felt a calmness and focus which I have not had on other nootropics /enhancers that I have tried. For example, caffeine usually leaves me jittery and stronger items, whilst being very effective had certain side effects (irritability etc). On this coffee, I also found myself much more reflective, being able to think more before I speak (my partner appreciated this).Do not expect this to taste like your finest roast and ground coffee, it is not bullet proof (which I used to love until they stopped shipping to the UK), it tastes more like your average instant Nescafe. If it wasn't for the benefits, then I would not drink it.For nearly £1 a coffee it is expensive... but relatively.. a bag of roast and ground would be around 20p vs a starbucks £3. So it depends on what you compare it with. Personally, I have forgone the Pret Latte and have one of these and bought a good coffee pod machine to compliment it.Overall, this may or may not work for everyone (people are built differently), but it is worth trying (it would be nice if they did smaller 'sample' packs.)

Seemed to improve my energy levels slightly and enhanced concentration and focus. The taste was adequate but not the best a little bitter, I added honey to sweeten it. Overall a good product but not necessarily the best value for money.

Really enjoy as is, whicb is not so much woth normal Coffee, as i use milk and stevia.. The more impressive part is the cognative advantages, got several small DIY JOBS, that had been avoided done and before 10 am.. Much to upstairs' dismay, whT with the with the 08:30 start. On a sunday haha. Buying in bulk as daily has improved my mood and motivation, much better value, however worth single sachets for on the go and to try.. I have ADHD and this has made me so more productive.. Highly recommend product.

Unfortunately I did not like the taste of tgif at all. It doesn’t take like coffee even though it has actual coffee in it. Although I am a coffee snob and don’t usually drink instant.
