Does pill box come with a key to lock it

Yes it does which makes it ideal for the elderly. I fill ours for my 88 yr old dad and he doesn't have to worry about when and which pills to take. I keep the key and use when dispenser needs refilling. It's an excellent product.?

Is there a tipper stand for this dispenser?

No stand fir this you have to physically tip it to get the pills out & to stop the alarm..

having filled the container, where do you place the carousel so that it opens at the right place and time. Start point?

Hi peter u will set the time and days and how many times u want them to open and what time .. we have it set 4 time a day to open every 4 hrs for my nana painkillers . So say u set it all up on the evening and set the 1st dispense open 8am the next day and alarm will go off the morning 8am (alarm also go off up to 30min till u tip the tablets out )when u do alarm will stop also won’t turn to next lot till is due so is no risk off overdose
