Perfect. Smooth release. Managed to cook a Victoria sponge in it. It does have ridges as the tin is springform but it didn’t detract from the cake. Good non stick so far. I hand washed.

Great quality at a very reasonable price. Can highly recommend.

A nice and functional baking tin in the standard sizing. Bottom does pop-out correctly and the seal has been good enough to hold even quite watery batter. However, the bottom coating is quite fragile and has scratched very easily when cutting the cake off of it.

Bought two of these as recommended by Jane's Patisserie. Excellent cake tins, cakes do not stick and they are easy to clean. Very sturdy, more weighty than other cake tins I have owned.

Great Product

Very happy with it so far! I baked a panettone kind of dough with a creamy filling, using baking paperin the form, and it worked out perfectly and as expected. We will see how it performs in the future.Sturdy material, very easy to remove bottom - even easier than other springforms.
