Wir haben uns diesen liquid Smoke einmal kommen lassen, wenn wir ein geräuchtertes Gericht aus dem Slow Cooker machen wollen. Also haben wir das einmal mit Pulled Pork (PP) ausprobiert. Das ging ganz hervorragend. Das Fleisch einfach wie gewohnt würzen und ein wenig liquid Smoke dazu. Man hat das Gefühl drausen mit dem Smoker gearbeitet zu haben. Alles Bestens. Die Flasche wird eine Weile reichen, der Smoke verbraucht sich sparsam.
