Sensitive Precision Beauty Styler

I thought I would give this as a go as my skin is very very sensitive. Everything I ever used on my face caused a rash, whether it's plucking, disposable razor, bleaching, waxing or hair removal cream - not to mention the pain. But now I've tried this styler on my upper lip and eyebrows I'll be using it forever. It was easy to use, took only a few seconds, I felt nothing and now it's the next day and there's no rash as well as no hair. The idea I think is that the blades don't touch the skin but I can't see or feel any stubble. Perhaps the hair will grow back a bit quicker than with other methods, but that's no bother now I have this. I have a few gripes - one is that you need two hands to turn it on as you have to hold it and twist the bottom. So if you are holding a mirror or stretching your skin you need to switch it on first. And if you turn it the wrong way you open the battery compartment. Another issue is that it gets quite hot after a while, but the answer to that is turn it off to cool and not let it run for too long. Also the instructions are very brief. I would like lengthy explanations of exactly what to do, what angle should you hold it, what the different attachments can do. The only instruction is to move in the opposite direction of hair growth and I'm not even sure what that means. They advise you to lubricate it regularly with oil, but Veet don't appear to sell it. I'm still giving it 5 stars as the results for me are perfect. I have only used the precision trimmer without any of the attachments, but I'll be giving them a go next. I've had this about a week and it's a great product. Packaging is easy to get into. A bag to keep the trimmer and accessories in. Used it immediately on my eyebrows using the small head to trim them and it's so easy, within seconds unruley brows are tamed. Also used it to get rid of growing hair between the brows, it's so effective. Remember it trims not plucks so will not last as long as tweezing but as it takes seconds to tidy them up it's worth it. On 'other' areas of the body the larger accesory is used, skin needs to be held taut to prevent little nicks, i learnt the hard way. Again it trims and not as long lasting as waxing but for a quick effective tidy up it's perfect. The trimmer uses one battery and a bit noisy for a little gadget but overall I'm impressed and I've recommended it to others. Don't think i would have paid the price shops sell it for but for this price it's worth every penny.

Far better than my previous No.7 trimmer that lasted no more than a month. This one has lasted 9 months and is showing no signs of wear so far. It is easy to use once you figure out how to clip/twist on the attachments. I use this in-between waxing. I am sure it will do a good job on areas other than the bikini area. You can also use it to trim your brows because the tiny trimmer allows you to be precise. My only issue is that it is difficult to clean as it is not waterproof.

I like this a lot, its easy to handle and to clean. It light weight and the covers it comes with are perfect for each area your using it on. A single double AA battery with lasts a long time. My grumble is I wish I had waited as it wasn't long before they bought out the waterproof version.. no ones fault and wont change my mind on this product.

Brilliant piece of kit. I have been using it for legs, bikini, under arms and eyebrows. It shaves well and the changeable heads are really good. Batteries seem to work for quite some time before needing changing and the handy storage bag it comes with is good. Highly recommend and well worth the money. I haven't had any of the issues other reviewers have mentioned

How often have you set about shaving all those tricky bits with a wet razor, or one designed for legs? I have, and I've usually been a little too enthusiastic and suffered razor burn. This little gadget is designed specifically to make things easy and painless. Although the packaging is an unnecessarily bright pink, a lot of thought has gone into the design. I thought at first I would have to wrestle with it to gain access but then noticed an arrow in the top left corner. Lift this and peel back the top lid revealing the razor and all the little attachments; lift the tray out and you'll find an information sheet, and a little pouch to keep everything in. Don't throw away that bright pink card at the bottom as this has explanatory notes about how to use all those bits n pieces. This is easy to use but noisy; I had expected a quiet purr not a swarm of angry wasps. That twist control is not to my liking; twist too far and the battery compartment comes off. I think a push or slide button would be better. It cannot be used in the shower, which isn't actually an issue for me, but could be inconvenient for some people. As I said this is designed to be easy to use and painless – well, yes, it's painless, but it is a bit of a pain to use, mainly because the handle is a bit clunky. The comb attachment feels way too long given that it's for the bikini area, likewise the eyebrow comb. All in all, it's okay and I would use it occasionally rather than regularly, and I definitely would not pay the retail price for it.

after seeing the telly advert i thought it would be great for small facial hairs, eyebrows and just general up keep. the only downside is that it can't be used with water, although the phillips one for men (exact same design) can be, so if wanting to use as a shaver with cream etc then this is a bit difficult! all else is good and is very easy to clean and pack into handbag to take anywhere :)

Very easy to use. I used it for my eyebrow shaping and to remove my unwanted facial hair, it does the job without hurting or damaging my skin.Great product.
