Grooming Cream American Crew 85g

I love this stuff! I’ve been using AC Forming Cream for about 20 years and thought I’d give this a go. It’s great, adds shine & really holds my hair well when it’s getting a bit longer. Very lightly fragranced too, so doesn’t clash with my EDT.

It works

Bought this product along with fiber and molding clay so I could compare. The look is for sure a high shine. Hold is good too. If you are looking for a high shine. This is recommended. I dont really like a high shine look myself. When it comes to washing it from hands after application and washing hair at the end of the day. Seems to be a little sticky when washing from hands but I found it to wash out easily from hair. Easier than molding clay. If you can cope with the small drawbacks and are looking for a high shine. This product is for you. I prefer fiber as the look is what I prefer. Then again that is a personal thing. Ps. Smell is citrus. Is nice. Also subtle Not overpowering.

Great product

This cream is excellent, it has a great hold without having the feel of it being rock solid. It allows the hair to be easily brushed and makes it look neat and shiny. I have been looking for a very long time for such a product and after using many other ones, this by far is the best. The only reason I gave it 3 stars because of it scent which is terrible and some of my friends were disgusted by the smell. Even my wife sits a few meters away when I have it on and because of this I am now not using it much unfortunately and it is such a shame. This is an excellent hair cream it should be made with a nice attractive scent or unscented! Now I am not sure which if your other products have the same texture/quality as this but with a better smell? Are they all of the same scent?

Great product this holds hair all day and even after a nights sleep, quick comb and its back in place. Can use it on dry hair if you want a real shinny slick back look, it can be abit clumpy and looks abit greasy if to much is used. I prefer to style my hair slightly wet use a little amount of product comb it through and blow dry. Get a great hold with a little shine and can always add more if required once dried.

I have brought the fibre wax for a while but my hair has gotten longer recently so I wanted to switch. I love the shine and the texture. It’s also an easy to wash. However, this product has ZERO hold. Hence such low rating. I don’t have really long hair, I’d say it’s med length and honestly I’m chucking it in the bin. Within 10 mins the hair becomes fluffy.

After many months of trying out various different hair waxes and creams, attempting to find one that looks good for dark hair and holds all day, I've finally found it with this one by American Crew. It's easy to work in, washes out (and off your hands) easily, and gives a nice shine - something I wanted having dark hair. It holds the style all day, even in moderate wind. However if it does happen to get messed up by strong winds, or trying on clothes, etc, then it has the benefit of being reworkable and you can quickly and easily fix it without needing to apply any more product. It also has a nice scent to it. Will definitely be using this one from now on and can finally stop wasting money on products that don't work and end up in the bin.

Está muy bien, fijación bastante fuerte, después hay que lavar concienzudamente, como bien pone. Buena cera, la recomiendo si tienes un pelo indomable.

The hold is high without getting crispy, remains malleable, smells mild and pleasant, and washes out easily. It’s a great product.
