Dinner time has become a much more exciting event in our house since we introduced this food. It's probably the most enthusiastic I've ever seen my cats for a meal, so it's safe to say they are huge fans. Even from my perspective, you can tell it's a quality product - it genuinely looks and smells like real, appetising food.Looking at the ingredients, it's clear why it's considered a premium option. The first thing you'll notice is the very high meat or fish content, which stands out compared to many other brands and gives me confidence in what I'm feeding them. While it's more expensive than your average supermarket pouch, the price is quite reasonable when you compare it to other premium or high-content foods.To make it work for our budget, we give our cats a different wet food for their breakfast and save a pouch of HiLife for their dinner, as that's when they seem to have their biggest appetite. It's a great system that works for us and gives them a meal they clearly love.

Good quality cat food with a much higher meat or fish content than most cat food in this price bracket making it excellent value for money, though having a tough time persuading my fussy felines that it is much better for them than the junk they prefer.I would much rather feed them on this than the stuff I refer to as 'McDonalds for cats'

Most cat's would like it, however my spoilt 16 year old seems too dislike everything at the moment !

Love this food amazing price and my cat purs all the way through every meal, it smells good looks good and made with quality ingredients all the other brands are either over priced for what U get or just trash food for an outdoor cat!!!! Hi-life is the best food there is for the best price and my little snowy is proof of that

It looks exactly what it says it is, our boy loved it.

My cat eats pretty much anything but these he's not so sure about. Wanted to get him onto a quality wet food as he's always had top quality dried until he had a few health issues, typical senior stuff. You can see the proper fish chunks. But he tends to pick at it slowly. Horrible smell. Mind he prefers the fish to the chicken. Sadly id misordered and they won't allow returns.

The tuna cat food was completely gone off, despite being in date. As soon as I opened the box, the awful smell hit me. Some of the packets were full of air, a clear sign they were gone off. I complained to Amazon and got a refund because there was no way this was safe to feed to my cats.The chicken flavour does not appear to be gone off, bit I am skeptical about the quality of it. Whenever we have bought HiLife from a supermaket, our cats have loved it. Even our cat who will eat anything won't touch this stuff. This, combined with the situation with the tuna flavour, makes me very concerned about this product and I have therefore decided to bin this too.I would not reccommend buying this. I don't believe it is safe and think it should be investigated and taken off sale unless Amazon can be sure the issues have been resolved. My original review was also rejected by Amazon, which concerns me too
