Q: Does it have a straw built in or not?

HI there, it doesn't have a straw built in but is a super water bottle. I tend to use it for carrying and collecting extra water when on walks then transfer the water to my drinking bottle once filtered (if from a stream).

Q: How wide is the mouth of the bottle?

the neck diameter edge to edge is 6cm. But the rim is 2mm, so the inside width is 5.6cm. Hope this helps!
