Lean six sigma
A basic book nothing much , it’s just for basic understanding of six sigma . So much theory no case studies examples or any real stuff

Not what I was expected
I would have thought I will find example of charts or analytical tools more detailed. Book too pricey for volume of info

Very insightful and interesting book set on Lean Six Sigma. A good guide for anyone working in an organization where teamwork is important.

Very High Level, no Diagramms, no process Charts, complete missing of Deep insights! There is no valuable or practical insight of implementing lean six sigma seriously.

I should have wondered how 3 books in 1 could consist of about 150 pages. Absolute rubbish. The book is written in a very poor format, it sounds childish but there are no pictures, charts or diagrams, which is odd considering that one of the main rules in lean is "make it visual". Part two starts with acronyms with no explanation, there are no examples, no practical applications. It is no good for dummies nor experts, not good for a booklet nor an introduction guide, nothing. I've been working in Lean Manufacturing plants in electronics and automotive shopfloor, later in heavy industry and shipbuilding. Pull driven production, kanban, tier meetings, kaizen, andon, 5s, 5whys, root cause analysis, flowcharts are something you see everyday and are at the core of the business. Here you'll find some concepts presented in a weird commercial fashion, dressed by grateful thanks for having bought the book. Don't waste your money, it is cheap in price and even worse in value
