Avalon Organics Rosemary Volumizing Shampoo 325ml

Have used this shampoo for a while now. I love thé delicate rosemary fragrance. This shampoo is rich and lathers well. Hair feels thoroughly cleansed and I'm very pleased with this product

Rosemary contains phytochemical and during my early use of this shampoo ( I just loved the aroma of it) I found that an itchy patch of skin on my scalp cleared completely. It goes a long way. I can't claim it was just this shampoo and matching conditioner that did it but the result was such that I have used both ever since. The conditioner is not slimy-feeling.

I didn’t notice any change in the volume of my hair but I definitely did notice an improvement in the shine. This shampoo smells very pleasant and it is quite thick and gloopy when it first comes out of the bottle but it does lather up really well so you only have to use a small amount each time.Afterwards, my hair did feel very clean and the smell of rosemary lasted all day. I also have very sensitive skin but this didn’t irritate me at all.

Great to use with the Conditioner on my very fine hair!

I have very sensitive skin. I wanted to switch over to an organic shampoo, and was encouraged by the positive reviews for this one. At first, it was excellent; my hair was thicker, softer and smelled lovely. I was very happy with it. But, after two to three weeks, I began getting little bumps around my hairline, and then my scalp became itchy. Also, the skin around my eyes was itchy and sore. Also, I was getting a lot of hair breakage, which is the last thing you want when you already have fine hair. The itchiness to my scalp and eyes became so bad so quickly, and it was waking me up in the middle of the night. I switched to another organic shampoo, and the itchiness disappeared after a couple of washes. It may be absolutely fine for someone who doesn't have sensitive skin, but I'd warn people who do have sensitive skin to be careful about using this shampoo.

This stuff is fantastic! Smells wonderful when lathering, and a genuine improvement in the volume and shininess of my hair (which is very fine, blonde, and has a tendency to go very very flat). I've previously used the lemon clarifying shampoo in the same brand, which I also liked, but felt like a change.
