I take a magnesium supplement every day as it helps with so many things. It eases constipation, helps me sleep better when taken before bedtime, even helps with anxiety. This Solgar Magnesium citrate has a qood absorbancy. You just need to adjust the dose if it's acting as a laxative and you don't need this effect.The only negative thing about this particular Solgar magnesium supplement is the size and shape of the pills. They are quite large and have a chalky rough surface. You have to keep it in mind if you have a problem swallowing large pills. They could be cut though if you don't mind the extra work.Hope it helps.

I bought these because someone told me that they were a cure for “Restless Legs”. I suffered from this problem for years, I would be sitting watching the TV when my legs started feeling restless and I couldn’t keep them still and had to get up and walk about to make them feel better. Lovely but it’s kind of big

I’ve been struggling with predmenstrual symptoms for years now, because of my history of hormonal disbalance, few vital vitamins defficiency etc.✅So two weeks of the month I was fine, two weeks were horrible.✅First it was the bloating, like.. one day you are fine, your tummy is flat, the next day you wake up bloated. These tablets are ridiculously big. Far too big to swallow. They are very hard and impossible to half without using a large knife across the tablet and then hitting the knife with a heavy wooden spoon. Then the sharp cut edge tears at your throat. I ground tonight's dose in a coffee grinder.
