Q: Can this support the Galaxy Z Fold3?

I had it on my fold 3 spigen case since May without any issue. There was even a point where I hit a curb on my bike at the wrong angle, wiped out, and found the adapter with the case still on my bike...the phone disconnected from the bottom half of the case and flew off on to the ground but the quadlock had remained strong.

It's crap brah. Don't trust the the little 3M double sided tape they give u. It doesn't stick to most phone cases. I had to Gorilla Glue mine. The whole apparatus sucks. Paid like $90 bucks for thier case, this attachment and the anti-vibration mount. All sucked. Also, if u look at the photos and videos, this whole system is great if u have an iPhone 4 or a Samsung S6. With today's larger phones, you can't even reach the blue tab to connect/disconnect ur phone. Such outdated junk. I even emailed them and they just said, "we know". Stay away.
