A simple kit, very easy to make, with very tasty results, just avoid leaving the onions to sit with the spice mix for more than the stated 5 mins, this is my second purchase, good product.

Taste was good - almost as good as my local Indian, and far better than my poor previous attempts using a variety of spices. However you barely get enough mixture to make 10 small-ish (golf ball sized) bhajis. Cost was £3.99 when I bought, which is a little pricey, but given the great taste, reasonable value for money. I will buy again, but two packs next time...

This mix is simple to make, and the Bhajis were the best I have tried, even better than some Indian restaurants. Malcolm

I found these did not adhere together as well as other mixes I have used. Tasted fine

Made great onion bhajis. I added cumin seeds, coriander seeds and some fresh coriander leaves. A bit pricey, but worth it if you don’t have all the ingredients for the recipe.

We regularly buy this mix for making onion bhaji at home. Friends tell us that these taste better than the ones they buy from local takeaways. Good price and a great staple of our cupboards.

Lovely flavour very messy to make would purchase again other feedback said not to leave Onions to sit in spice use straight away for mixture to hold better so will try again
